Nu Stage two:
Schematic design phase

The schematic design phase involves the execution of preliminary design decisions through the development of written design concepts, preliminary floor plans, and any appropriate design sketches. In addition, a period of research where we will study our library of existing FF&E suppliers from the UK and Overseas and carry out extensive research for the most up to date products on the market to select the initial furniture, materials, finishes and equipment for the scheme. Naturally we adhere to applicable codes, accessibility guidelines, other regulations and environmental standards required for the project. Initial estimate for the architectural finishes, furniture specifications and construction contractors are proposed at this stage along with preliminary budget outlines for the above. With client review and approval of the selections and graphic documents, the designer can move on to the next phase of the project.
